History
In just a few years, state-of-the-art engineering solutions transform the small workshop into a competitive company, capable of achieving a position of excellence in the lift and freight lift market.
In 1966, at the 15th International Invention Exhibition in Brussels, Corrado Daldoss was awarded with the golden medal for the first freight lift with electronic control, Microlift. An immediate commercial success.
Daldoss' fame opens the door to overseas exports: the brand reaches demand in Australia, Singapore, the United States and South Africa.
Daldoss is the first Italian lift company to obtain ISO 9001 quality certification. Certification ushers in a period of technological development geared towards intercepting new market needs.
Microfreight, the industrial freight lift, Easylife, the compact lift; Level, the residential lift platform lift. They flank the Microlift, constituting the new Daldoss offer, verticalised to the needs of an evolving market that demands ever more specificity.
The production strategy converts to Lean Manufacturing and facilitates the extension of the range to the needs of architects, planners, building professionals, private individuals and lift operators. Daldoss solutions are recognised worldwide and chosen by major market players.
To cope with the difficult economic situation in Italy at that time, Daldoss adopted significant improvements in operational efficiency, eliminating wasteful processes and optimising resource management. This effort made it possible to preserve profit margins despite significant economic challenges, demonstrating resilience and adaptation in a constantly changing economic environment.
The restrictive measures to contain the pandemic caused a significant economic contraction worldwide. Despite this, Daldoss successfully overcame the complexities of forced closure, the adoption of new operating methods, the restructuring of business models and the implementation of safety protocols to ensure the protection of employees, customers and the working environment.
Daldoss enthusiastically welcomes a new challenge, marking the start of a period of social innovation, returning a portion of the value built up over the years to the community and generating new growth opportunities for companies and educational institutions.
